THRIVE: Clubs & Activities Guide - Secondary Chess Club

A time for students to enjoy a social game of chess or battle their way up the chess club ladder. Beginners are welcome and will be taught strategies each week to improve their game. For those who are already competent chess players there will be an opportunity to play others of equal skill and develop new strategies, chess theories and game plays. We will participate in chess competitions as the year progresses. DE students could join by logging in to their chess.com account and play with our OC students.
