A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR YOUR COOPERATION
Dear Parents,
I write with a special request for your cooperation. During the course of this term it is very possible that our surrounding community will celebrate the event of Halloween. For many, this is simply a fun way to dress up and to participate in a community experience and maybe to indulge in lollies and chocolate. For our Christian community, however, many of the elements of this celebration carry possible meanings that do not align with held beliefs about truth and about spirituality.
For this reason can I please ask that Halloween not be a focus of, or a part of, our shared community conversations or practices. Thank you in anticipation of your respectful cooperation.

POSITIVE PARENTING TECHNIQUES
At ACC, we are dedicated to providing ongoing support to our students through collaboration with parents and guardians. We understand that addressing challenging behaviours in children can be difficult to manage, and this is a common concern raised to our Care Centre. INFORMATION: PUBLIC BUS AND TRAIN NETWORK CHANGES
The following message has been received from Transport for NSW regarding the public buses and trains in the area. Please note any changes that may affect your students journey to school.
Transport for NSW is adjusting the rail and bus timetable in regional and outer metropolitan areas from Sunday 20 October 2024.
The changes are designed to match with the new Sydney trains network schedule.
The adjusted rail timetable and bus network changes are now available for viewing in Transport’s Trip Planner. We encourage you to remind your school community to plan ahead at https://transportnsw.info/trip before travelling and allow extra travel time.
