The first Online School Residential Week for this year has been a blast of fun, study, friendships and colour - sports House coloured caps that is!
Meeting at Riverstone Sports Centre from 2nd to 6th March, eighty of the Online School students met each day for games, activities, coursework and worship. While some were local to the Sydney region, some had travelled a great distance to be there for the week.
Some of the highlights from the Residential were meeting Online School teachers face-to-face, working in groups and teams, daily visits from a drinks and snacks van, seeing other students from their online courses who they hadn't met before, personalising a coloured sports cap, meeting teachers and students from Marsden Park campus and even having a gymnastics tumbling class. Needless to say, there were enough smiles, laughs, victories and excitement to exhaust teachers as well as students and their parents.
